TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to AEVO. By accessing our website and utilizing our design services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of the AEVO studio.

1. DESIGN INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All design blueprints, mockups, and creative concepts generated by AEVO remain the exclusive intellectual property of AEVO until full payment has been processed. Unauthorized use of our "Bespoke Archive" aesthetic or specific blueprints for external production is strictly prohibited.

2. CUSTOM ORDER FINALITY

Due to the highly personalized nature of our bespoke sportswear, all orders are manufactured to specific client approvals. Once a digital blueprint is confirmed and production begins, AEVO cannot offer cancellations or modifications. Clients are responsible for ensuring all logos, colors, and sizes are correct during the review phase.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

Production timelines commence only after the receipt of cleared funds. For organizational invoicing, payments are strictly net 14 days unless otherwise negotiated in writing by the AEVO finance department.

PRIVACY POLICY

At AEVO, we respect your aesthetic and your data. This policy outlines how we handle the information shared with our studio during the design and ordering process.

DATA COLLECTION

We collect information necessary to fulfill your bespoke orders and provide a personalized experience. This includes:

• Personal identifiers (Name, Email, Delivery Address).
• Team or Corporate branding assets (Logos, Vector files).
• Transaction data and communication history.

DATA USAGE

Your data is exclusively used for order fulfillment, quality control, and studio updates. We do not sell your personal information or design assets to third-party marketing entities. Technical data may be shared with our logistics partners (DHL/UPS) solely for delivery purposes.

COOKIE POLICY

Our digital archive uses essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences. These are "strictly necessary" for the website to function correctly. We also utilize analytical cookies to understand how visitors interact with our design collections, allowing us to refine the AEVO user experience.

BESPOKE CLAUSES

FABRIC VARIATIONS

While we strive for 100% accuracy, slight variations in color may occur between digital blueprints and physical textiles due to screen calibration and dyeing processes. These variations are within industry standards for technical sportswear.

FORCE MAJEURE

AEVO is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including global logistics disruptions, customs inspections, or raw material shortages.
