HOW IT WORKS

Initial Contact & Ideation

Begin your journey by contacting our studio. Share your vision, team colors, and any specific technical requirements. We offer a creative consultation to define the direction of your project.

Blueprinting & Design Review

Our lead designers translate your ideas into high-fidelity digital blueprints. You will receive detailed mockups covering every angle, allowing you to refine placements, fabrics, and custom branding.

Secure Transaction

Once you are 100% satisfied with the blueprints, we finalize the order. We offer flexible and secure payment options including PayPal, Direct Bank Transfer, and Invoice for registered organizations.

Production & Global Delivery

Your order enters our specialized production line. Each garment is crafted with precision and undergoes strict quality control. Your custom collection is delivered within approximately 14 business days.

SHIPPING & PAYMENTS

Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayPal, Bank Transfer, and Invoice. Payment must be cleared before production commences.

Logistics: We ship worldwide using express couriers. All orders are tracked from our Stockholm studio to your location.

Returns: As every piece at AEVO is custom-produced based on your specific approval, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

What is the minimum order for custom designs? +

For fully bespoke designs, our minimum order quantity starts at 10 units per style to maintain our high standards of production and craftsmanship.

Can we add our own sponsors and logos? +

Yes. We specialize in integrating sponsor logos, names, and numbers into the design using premium printing or embroidery techniques.

How long does the entire process take? +

From final design approval and payment, it typically takes 14 business days for production and delivery.
