Answers to the questions we hear most often before a club orders custom teamwear or custom sports jerseys from AEVO.
How does the custom teamwear process work?
Send us your idea through the form above or the order form — a finished design, a rough sketch or just your club colours. Our studio prepares a free quote and design mockup, you request any changes, and production only starts once you approve the final design. From approval to your door takes about two weeks.
How quickly will you reply to my inquiry?
We typically respond within 24 hours, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00 CET. Inquiries sent over the weekend are answered on the next business day. If your tournament or season start is close, mention the date in your message so we can tell you honestly what is possible.
What should I include in an order inquiry?
The more we know, the faster we can quote. Tell us which garments you need (custom sports jerseys, shorts, custom sublimated tracksuits or jackets), roughly how many pieces, your team colours and logo, and any sponsor, name or number placements. Approximate quantities are fine — you can confirm sizes later.
Does a quote or mockup cost anything?
No. Requesting a quote and design mockup is free and commits you to nothing. You only pay after you have seen the quote and approved it, and all custom printing — team logos, player names, numbers and sponsors — is already included in the price.
Can you create a completely new design for our team?
Yes. Bespoke sports apparel design is at the core of what we do. Every model in our archive can be adapted, or our designers can build a kit from the ground up around your club’s identity, history and colours.
