AEVO is a Stockholm-based design studio and apparel brand dedicated to the intersection of elite performance and high-fashion aesthetics. We don't just sell sportswear; we build identities.

Our philosophy is rooted in the "Bespoke" tradition. While our Archive collections offer a glimpse into our design DNA, our core strength lies in creating custom-made designs tailored specifically to your team's or organization's unique vision.

Every AEVO product comes with full customization included — team logos, player names, individual numbers, and sponsor prints are all applied using professional heatprint technology and are part of the price. No hidden fees, no add-ons.

HOW IT WORKS

There is no checkout on this site and no automatic pricing. Every order is quoted by a person, and you do not owe anything until you have seen that quote and approved it.

Send Your Request

Fill in the order form in one sitting: what you want, how many, the sizes, your squad list if you have one, your logo, and the date you need it in your hands. Adding a piece from any product page fills the first line in for you. Nothing is charged and nothing is ordered — the form is a request, not a checkout.

We Read It By Hand

A person reads every request. No bot prices your order. We check whether the design is producible as drawn, whether the deadline is realistic, and whether anything in your squad list needs clarifying — and we come back to you within 24 hours, even if the answer is only a question.

You Get a Quote

A written quote with the price per piece, the shipping, the VAT and the total, plus a realistic delivery date. Mockups of your design come with it. If something in the quote is wrong, say so — a revised quote costs nothing and there is no limit on rounds.

You Approve

Nothing moves until you say yes in writing. Approving the quote is what turns a request into an order; up to that point you owe us nothing and can walk away without a word of explanation. Read the mockups carefully — custom garments cannot be returned once produced.

Payment

Only after approval do we ask for money. Card and the common European methods through our payment provider, or bank transfer, or invoice for registered organisations. Established clubs and returning clients can arrange Pay After Receipt — inspect the order first, settle afterwards.

Production

Your order enters the production line. Each garment is cut, printed and checked against your approved mockup. You can follow the stage it has reached on your own order page; if anything slips, you hear it from us before you have to ask.

Delivery

From our workshop to your door in about two weeks. Production takes around 7 days. Delivery is 3–5 business days across Europe, 4–6 to the UK and the US — shipped from Stockholm with a tracked express courier, worldwide. Weekends are not counted. Your tracking number arrives the day it leaves us.

SHIPPING & PAYMENTS

Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayPal, Bank Transfer, and Invoice. Standard orders are paid before production commences.

Pay After Receipt: For established clubs, organisations, and returning clients we can also arrange Pay After Receipt — receive your order first, inspect every garment, and settle the invoice once you are satisfied. Available on request and subject to verification. Get in touch with our studio to discuss eligibility and terms for your team.

Logistics: We ship worldwide using express couriers. All orders are tracked from our Stockholm studio to your location.

Returns: As every piece at AEVO is custom-produced based on your specific approval, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are final. Please review your design carefully before approving. For full details, see our Returns & Refund Policy.

FAQ

How do I actually place an order? +
Through the order form. There is no checkout and no card field on it — you send us what you want, we come back within 24 hours with a quote and mockups, and the order only exists once you approve that quote. Browsing a product page instead? The “Add to request” button carries that piece straight into the form with the quantity you picked.
What if my tournament is sooner than two weeks? +
Tell us the date on the request form and we will answer honestly. Sometimes we can compress production, sometimes we cannot, and sometimes only part of the order can make it — shirts for the tournament, the rest to follow. What we will not do is take the order and let the date pass quietly.
When do I have to pay? +
After you have approved the quote, never before. Sending a request costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Once approved we invoice by card and the common European methods through our payment provider, by bank transfer, or on invoice for registered organisations. Established clubs and returning clients can arrange Pay After Receipt.
Can I change my mind after sending a request? +
Yes, right up until you approve the quote — just reply and say so, no explanation needed. After approval the garments go into production with your names and numbers on them, and custom pieces cannot be returned or resold, so that is the point of no return.
What is the minimum order for custom designs? +
It depends on the garment: 5 pieces for football and basketball kits, 15 for jackets, 20 for tracksuits, 10 for accessories. If you need fewer than that — even a single shirt — we make one-off custom jerseys through a separate route, priced per piece: see single custom jersey.
Can we add our own sponsors and logos? +
Yes. We specialize in integrating sponsor logos, names, and numbers into the design using premium heatprint technology. All custom printing — team logos, player names, numbers, and sponsor placements — is included in the price at no extra cost.

Can we see the products before ordering? +
Yes. A sample kit costs 100 kr with shipping included, and it is yours to keep — a finished garment carrying AEVO branding, so you can judge the fabric, the print and the finish before committing a whole squad. Place a team order afterwards and the full 100 kr comes off your invoice, so the sample ends up costing nothing. Request one at the bottom of the order form.
How do I track my order? +
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
How should I care for the printed garments? +
To ensure the longevity of heatprinted logos, names, and numbers, we recommend washing garments inside-out at a maximum of 30°C and avoiding tumble drying. Printed elements are subject to natural wear over time with use and washing. Please note that we cannot provide guarantees on print longevity after delivery — our warranty covers only manufacturing defects on arrival.

Find the right fit for kits, tracksuits and jackets. Our garments feature an "Athletic Fit" — we recommend choosing one size up for most garments, and two sizes up for shorts. All measurements in cm.
